ART FESTIVAL

We are excited to announce the PK Art Mile, a free celebration of local art, music, and culture in downtown Poughkeepsie.

A series of U-Haul trucks will be transformed into immersive pop-up art galleries by local artists and curators. This mobile art exhibition and street fair will take place outside of Gallery 40 on Cannon Street, Sept. 12-13. September’s weekend-long celebration will coincide with Poughkeepsie Open Studios, and both events will coincide with Summer Sundays, a free block party that includes live music, food trucks, beer and wine, and games for kids and adults.

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS TO MAKE THIS EVENT A SUCCESS!!-

Tasks will involve assisting participants to access the trucks and/or help in any other way needed such as answering questions information to the public, etc.
