    Description

    The Volunteer Inspector General serves as an independent oversight official responsible for promoting accountability, transparency, and integrity within the organization. This role involves reviewing internal operations, policies, and conduct to ensure compliance with established standards, ethical guidelines, and applicable laws.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct internal audits, reviews, and investigations as needed
    • Receive, document, and assess complaints or reports of misconduct
    • Recommend corrective actions and policy improvements
    • Monitor organizational risk, compliance, and internal controls
    • Provide independent reports and guidance to leadership
    • Maintain strict confidentiality, neutrality, and professionalism

    Qualifications:

    • Strong sense of integrity, ethics, and impartial judgment
    • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information responsibly
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Clear written and verbal communication abilities
    • Experience in compliance, auditing, law, cybersecurity, or governance (preferred but not required)
    • Must be a Satanist or willing to become a Satanist and uphold the organization’s principles and values

    Requirements:

    • Commitment to operating independently and without bias
    • Willingness to follow organizational policies and applicable laws
    • Ability to dedicate time consistently to oversight duties
