Description
The Community Resource Patio Volunteer plays an important role in welcoming and supporting clients as they arrive for services.
Volunteers will:
-Provide a friendly first point of contact
-Assist with basic application processes and answering client questions
-Help facilitate requests for bicycles, bike repairs, and Turning Points ID replacements
-Maintaining an organized and welcoming outdoor (covered) patio environment
This role requires patience, good communication skills, and the ability to ensure confidentiality and dignity for all clients.
