Full-Stack Engineer (React + Supabase + APIs)

We are seeking a highly disciplined and execution-focused Software Engineer to support the development and stabilization of our platform (Michael App).

This is not a learning role. You will be expected to contribute immediately to a live system with real users and real stakes.

Core Responsibilities

• Work directly on an existing React-based platform
• Integrate and manage Supabase backend (auth, database, APIs)
• Fix bugs, improve performance, and ship features rapidly
• Maintain clean, scalable, and well-structured code
• Collaborate with leadership on product execution

Required Skills (Strict)

• 3+ years hands-on experience (not academic)
• Strong proficiency in:
• • React.js
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Supabase or similar backend (Firebase, PostgreSQL, APIs)
• Ability to read and understand large existing codebases quickly
• Proven experience shipping real, live products

Strict Requirements (Read Carefully)

• Must provide verifiable past work (GitHub, live apps, or code samples)
• Must complete a technical test based on our real codebase
• Must be able to explain your code clearly in a live call
• Must be available for weekly check-ins and fast iteration cycles
• No agencies, no intermediaries, no inflated profiles

Compensation

• Contract-based (10 hours/week)
• Performance-driven compensation (discussed based on profile and output)
• Potential for long-term role based on results
