    Description

The Mission: You will be the operational hands of our Interview-to-Income Stabilization Pilot. While our Founder provides the relational heart, you will manage the mechanics that ensure four women successfully transition into stable employment.

The ideal candidate would be emotionally balanced, responsible, practical, organized with excellent communication and time management skills. S/he has experience in customer-facing/people support roles, familiar with entry-level coordination/administration work. Prior social services and/or caregiving experience is a plus.

    • Location Requirement: Must live in the New York CIty area to facilitate hands-on coordination.
    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Intake & Onboarding: Conduct structured intake conversations and verify readiness checklists for participants.
      • Stabilization Support: Manage weekly 30-minute check-ins for the first 8 weeks, focusing on practical barriers like attendance and transportation.
      • Operational Logging: Maintain the organization's first "Operating System" by documenting contact logs and participant progress.
      • External Coordination: Follow-up periodically with employers and shelters/partner organizations to confirm attendance, address practical barriers, and support smooth communication during the participant’s transition to work.
    • Commitment: 4 hours per week for 4 months; attendance at team meetings is required.
    • Travel: The pilot coordinator volunteer must be willing to travel as required (All reasonable travel expenses are fully reimbursed, including meals.)
