    Description

    Story Garden is a free program for family engagement, creativity, learning and fun! It takes place every Saturday, from about 1 PM to 3 PM in Gamerco, north of Gallup NM. Story Garden welcomes families with children of all ages, from toddlers to teens.

    Volunteers are welcome and appreciated for shifts of 2 hours. The volunteer role includes helping with art workshops, reading stories with children, making puzzles with children, and welcoming visitors to the space. Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own ideas and skills to the program!

    Volunteers with more time are invited to join our facilitation team during the week to prepare books and activities for the upcoming Saturday.

    Orientation and a brief training is offered to anyone interested in volunteering at Story Garden.
