    Description

    Volunteer Math Tutor

    Work with students grades 5-8 in the New HYTEs after-school program providing homework help and math tutoring. We provide supplies and training. From 4-6 pm on Wednesday afternoons (on school days) at the Truman School in New Haven. Each tutor works with 3 students for 30-40 minutes each. We welcome tutors from high school grade 11 and up, college/grad students, adults, and retirees.
