    • Reporting & Insights: Provide regular insights and updates to the CEO on internship candidate strengths, skill sets, and suitability for various roles, assisting in strategic decision-making.
    • Background & Qualification Review: Conduct thorough assessments of internship candidates’ backgrounds, aligning their experience and skills with role requirements.
    • Confirmation & Final Instructions: Once internship candidates are selected, manage confirmation communication and provide further instructions and inquiry handling.

    Work Experience

    • Completion of relevant college-level coursework, such as progress towards a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, communications, or a related field.
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential applicant information.
    • Proficient with email, calendar, and document tools, with a general understanding of Google Workspace and applicant tracking workflows.
    • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote environment.
    • Strong initiative, time management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diplomatically with applicants from diverse academic and professional backgrounds.

    Learning/Skill Development Outcomes

    • Interns will gain practical experience in full-cycle recruitment, including candidate screening, interview facilitation, and evaluation of qualifications against role requirements.
