    About My Serenity Sanctuary

    My Serenity Sanctuary is a growing mission-driven nonprofit focused on sustainable impact, community care, and healthy organizational growth. As we expand programs and partnerships in 2026, we are strengthening our internal infrastructure to ensure responsible and sustainable growth.

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Volunteer Systems & Technology Associate to support organizational infrastructure and digital systems development.

    This role is ideal for individuals interested in nonprofit operations, systems improvement, digital organization, and process optimization. The ideal candidate enjoys building structure, improving workflows, and creating organized digital environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Audit and reorganize Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Shared Drives)
    • Develop standardized file structures and naming conventions
    • Create process maps and workflow documentation
    • Assess current technology tools and recommend improvements
    • Research nonprofit-discounted or low-cost technology solutions
    • Build and maintain an internal knowledge base
    • Develop internal training guides
    • Attend a monthly 1-hour leadership meeting (Last Thursday of the month)

    Qualifications

    • Experience or coursework in Operations, Business, Information Systems, or related field (entry-level welcome)
    • Strong documentation and organizational skills
    • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
    • Detail-oriented and systems-minded
    • Minimum 4-month commitment required
