    Description

    This role supports the planning and coordination of projects and helps build partnerships with organizations and stakeholders. The volunteer will assist with research, communication, follow-ups, and basic reporting, working remotely with the NGO team.

    Instructions:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support planning and coordination of NGO projects
    • Track project activities, timelines, and deliverables
    • Research potential partners (NGOs, foundations, networks)
    • Draft partnership emails and follow-up messages
    • Help document meetings, MoUs, and collaboration outcomes
    • Support reporting and donor/partner updates

    Skills & Background (Flexible)

    • Interest or background in project management, development work, partnerships, or NGOs
    • Good communication and organization skills
    • Comfortable working remotely with Google Docs/Sheets
    • Ability to follow up and coordinate across teams
