    Description

    Monday.com Systems Coordinator (Volunteer)

    Role Overview

Florida Youth At Risk (FYAR) runs its volunteer, program, and operations data through Monday.com — boards, automations, and dashboards that keep our teams organized and our impact trackable. We're looking for a detail-oriented volunteer to help maintain this system: keeping boards clean and accurate, checking that automations are running as expected, and making sure dashboards reflect real, up-to-date data.

This role is a great fit whether you're already comfortable in Monday.com or want to build real, transferable systems/operations experience — training is provided.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform regular maintenance across FYAR's Monday.com boards — checking for duplicate records, outdated statuses, and data inconsistencies
    • Monitor existing automations to confirm they're firing correctly and flag any failures or errors
    • Review dashboards for accuracy and troubleshoot when data doesn't match what's expected
    • Help keep board structures (columns, statuses, groups) organized and consistent across FYAR's workspace
    • Document recurring issues or fixes to support FYAR's internal SOP library
    • Communicate with staff and other volunteers about system changes, fixes, or needed updates

    Ideal Candidate

    • Prior experience using Monday.com preferred, but not required — we provide training
    • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, or organizational systems generally
    • Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting instincts — you notice when something looks "off"
    • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
    • Interest in nonprofit operations, systems, or process improvement

    Role Details

    • This is a volunteer/internship position (unpaid)
    • 3-month minimum commitment
    • 3–5 hours per week
    • Remote — work from anywhere
