    Description

The Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) is looking for site visitors to serve during accreditation reviews. CODA uses site visitors with dental education and practice expertise in the discipline or areas being evaluated to conduct its accreditation program. Site visitors are essential to CODA’s mission to promote and monitor the continuous quality and improvement of dental education programs.

Site visitors’ objective evaluations help ensure that programs meet national standards, ultimately protecting the public and supporting the profession.

Key responsibilities include attending training, reviewing materials of programs, conducting on-site evaluations and interviews, and preparing reports after site visits. Site Visitor terms are one year, renewable up to six years.

Nomination criteria is listed on the CODA website at https://coda.ada.org/accreditation/call-for-nominations.
