Head Doctor – Medical Mission

About Us: PFMDINC Services is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving community health through medical outreach, education, and support programs. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate medical professional to serve as Head Doctor for our medical missions and as a key member of our Board of Advisors.

Position Overview: As Head Doctor, you will provide clinical oversight and leadership for all medical missions, ensuring high-quality care for participants. As a member of the Board of Advisors, you will guide the organization’s strategic decisions related to healthcare programs and community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all medical missions, ensuring patient safety and quality care.
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to medical volunteers and staff.
• Advise the organization on healthcare policies, best practices, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Board and leadership team to align medical missions with organizational goals.
• Represent PFMDINC Services in community and professional healthcare networks.

Qualifications:

• Licensed medical doctor (MD or DO) with active credentials.
• Significant clinical experience, preferably in community or outreach healthcare.
• Leadership experience in healthcare or nonprofit settings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for community service and improving access to healthcare.
