    Position Title: Nonprofit Management Intern (Unpaid, CPT/OPT Eligible)

    Organization: Women of Connections Ministry

    Location: Remote (with possible hybrid options)

    Start Date: Flexible / Rolling

    Duration: (adjustable based on academic calendar)

    About Us:

    Women of Connections Ministry is a 501(c)(3) faith-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering and uplifting women and families through mentorship, outreach, education, and spiritual growth. We aim to equip future leaders with the tools and experiences to create meaningful change in their communities.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking passionate and motivated students for an unpaid internship in Nonprofit Management. This role is ideal for students seeking CPT/OPT-eligible experience or academic credit. Interns will gain hands-on experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, program coordination, communications, and administrative operations.

    Responsibilities May Include:

    • Supporting day-to-day nonprofit operations
    • Assisting with program development and community outreach
    • Contributing to fundraising and donor engagement strategies
    • Preparing reports, presentations, and communications materials
    • Attending virtual team meetings and collaborating with leadership

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Business, Nonprofit Management, Social Work, or related fields preferred)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Interest in nonprofit work, leadership, and service
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Reliable internet access for remote work
