    Provide a Comforting Presence in Their Final Hours

    Horizon's Final Hours Volunteers are trained to provide a bedside vigil to our patients who are at the very end of life. Not only do they provide compassion and comfort to our patients, but are also there to offer the same support to families and loved ones who may also need it.
