Outcome School is seeking experienced cybersecurity professionals to mentor students preparing for careers in the field.

As a volunteer mentor, you will:

• Meet with your mentees virtually

• Choose appointment times that fit your schedule

• Complete a minimum of four mentoring sessions each month

• Share practical career advice, industry knowledge, and professional guidance

• Help students build confidence, strengthen their skills, and prepare for cybersecurity opportunities

Qualifications:

✅ More than five years of professional cybersecurity experience

✅ A passion for supporting and developing emerging talent

✅ Commitment to providing consistent, encouraging, and constructive mentorship
