    Description

    Co-Founder (Growth & Capital) – Fintech / Future Banking Initiative

    We are building Infinite Future Bank (IFB) — a next-generation financial infrastructure platform focused on enabling cross-market access, capital mobility, and scalable financial systems for a rapidly evolving global economy.

    We are seeking a Co-Founder (Growth & Capital) to join at an early stage and play a critical role in shaping execution, partnerships, and funding strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead capital raising efforts (investors, strategic partners, networks)
    • Develop and execute growth strategy and market access
    • Build and manage high-level partnerships
    • Support overall business development and expansion
    • Work closely with the founder on execution and scaling priorities

    Qualifications

    • Strong background in business development, sales, or investment
    • Existing network of investors, partners, or institutions
    • Experience in startups, finance, consulting, or tech
    • Ability to close deals and drive execution
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability

    Commitment & Structure

    • Co-founder-level role with long-term involvement
    • Equity-based compensation (6% structured with vesting and performance milestones)
    • Expected contribution of both time and initial capital commitment
    • Remote with potential for international engagement
