Clinical & Wellness Liaison – The 831 Experience

• Powered By Love, an established 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is seeking a local Clinical & Wellness Liaison for The 831 Experience, a high-impact community restoration event on October 16th–17th, 2026, scale-designed for 75 unhoused guests and 150 total Gala attendees.

This position is structured as a volunteer leadership role with a project-based stipend of $4,000. Please note that this stipend is strictly contingent upon successful event revenue generation. Operating on an intensive 4.5-month operational sprint starting June 15th, 2026, the workload follows a phased timeline: Phase 1 requires 3–5 hrs/wk; Phase 2 requires 8–10 hrs/wk; and Phase 3 scales to 20–30 hrs/wk during the October event dates. Expectations include serving as the primary technical contact for mobile health partners (such as Circle the City), scheduling and coordinating site requirements for mobile medical, dental, and podiatry units, ensuring strict HIPAA compliance, managing hygiene standards and biohazard/sharps disposal, and designing triage logic so guests with high-priority health needs are treated first. Additionally, you will recruit and manage a sub-committee of 3–4 specialized volunteers that will support you in your role. Qualifications include a professional background in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or clinic operations, strong spatial coordination skills, and a deep dedication to trauma-informed care.
