    Description

Turn Tragedy into Hope - Help Families Affected by a Home Fire

Help your neighbors when they need it most.

When disaster strikes, Disaster Action Team Member volunteers step in to support people on one of the hardest days of their lives. Responding to local emergencies—most often home fires—these dedicated individuals provide immediate assistance, including basic relief services, emotional support, and connections to critical resources.

This role relies on compassion, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills to bring comfort and reassurance during difficult moments.

Bring hope and support to your community—and be the helping hand someone remembers when they need it most!
