Description
The Volunteer Onboarding and Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of volunteers for Kinect and Enrich. This role ensures a positive and seamless experience for volunteers from the moment they apply to their continued participation. The ideal candidate will excel in creating a welcoming environment, managing the onboarding process, and developing strategies to engage and retain volunteers over the long term.
