    Description

    Being part of the Shine On Youth Email Clerk Committee offers a practical way to support the organization’s communication and organization systems. Committee members help keep information flowing smoothly while developing strong administrative and communication skills. Key responsibilities and opportunities include:

    Responding to incoming emails and directing messages to the appropriate team members.

    Cleaning up, organizing, and maintaining the Shine On Youth shared drive.

    Logging volunteer emails sent to ensure accurate tracking and record-keeping.

    Helping improve systems for communication and file organization.

    Building skills in professionalism, digital organization, and efficient communication.
