    About Us

    Bridge Washington is a nonprofit organization committed to advocating for and empowering immigrants and refugees in Washington State. We focus on providing resources, guidance, and opportunities that help families and individuals thrive in their new communities. We are currently seeking two passionate and motivated interns (volunteers) to join our team and support our mission.

    As an Immigration Case Manager Intern, you will focus on creating and managing a sustainable program case management plan, helping clients working with our community partner organizations and ensuring the long-term success of Bridge Washington.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in drafting and implementing a client case management strategy.
    • Research and identify new partnership opportunities, including grants and sponsorships
    • Support the creation of donor communications, proposals, and outreach campaigns.
    • Help organize fundraising events and campaigns (both virtual and in-person).
    • Maintain client databases and assist with stewardship activities.
    • Collaborate with the team to strengthen community and corporate partnerships.
    • Provide reports and updates on client case management progress.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Interest or background in nonprofit social work and case management is preferred but not a must; we welcome those interns who would like to gain professional experience.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
