Description
Maya’s Hope is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to provide guest hospitality support during our Lotus Ball gala.
In this role, you will help ensure that guests feel welcomed, informed, and comfortable throughout the evening, contributing to a memorable fundraising experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and guide them to their assigned tables.
- Assist guests with directions and event-related questions.
- Support seating arrangements and guest transitions.
- Work alongside event staff to address guest needs.
- Help maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Ideal Volunteer
Someone with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in hospitality, nonprofit events, or community engagement.
