This is probably the single most important marketing volunteer role for HHP.
Help scale a global health literacy nonprofit using digital growth, analytics, SEO, AI tools, and data-driven marketing.
Human Health Project is seeking a Growth Marketing & Analytics Lead to help increase awareness, engagement, volunteer recruitment, workshop participation, and strategic partnerships for our multilingual health education programs.
You’ll work directly with leadership helping optimize:
- Google Ad Grant campaigns
- SEO and website growth
- LinkedIn strategy
- conversion funnels
- analytics dashboards
- volunteer growth systems

Responsibilities
- Help scale use of HHP’s Google Ad Grant
- Monitor website and campaign analytics
- Build KPI dashboards
- Improve conversion tracking
- Analyze traffic sources and engagement
- Recommend growth experiments
- Support landing page optimization
- Assist with SEO and keyword strategy
- Help create scalable marketing systems
