    Descripción del Rol

    El Líder de Webmaster & Soporte Técnico supervisa el mantenimiento técnico y la funcionalidad del sitio web y las plataformas digitales de la organización. Este rol asegura una experiencia de usuario fluida y proporciona soporte técnico para problemas relacionados con la web.

    Este rol es de carácter voluntario de 10 horas. Puedes aplicar desde cualquier parte del mundo.

    Responsabilidades

    • Mantener y actualizar el sitio web y las plataformas digitales de la organización.
    • Solucionar problemas técnicos relacionados con la funcionalidad web.
    • Implementar medidas de seguridad para proteger el sitio web de amenazas.
    • Coordinar con el Coordinador de Web & Plataformas Digitales para actualizaciones de plataformas.
    • Proporcionar soporte técnico al personal y usuarios para consultas relacionadas con la web.
    • Asegurar que el sitio web esté optimizado para rendimiento y accesibilidad.

    Habilidades Clave

    • Desarrollo y mantenimiento web (HTML, CSS, CMS).
    • Solución de problemas técnicos y resolución.
    • Optimización de seguridad y rendimiento del sitio web.
    • Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión de contenido (por ejemplo, WordPress).
    • Soporte al usuario y servicio al cliente.
    • Atención al detalle y documentación técnica.
