Holiday Preparation & Office Support Volunteer

Help bring holiday magic to children and young adults in foster care!

Hero To A Child is seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented volunteers to assist with a variety of behind-the-scenes tasks as we prepare for our busy holiday season. Your support will help our small team stay organized and ensure we are ready to serve children and families throughout Pinellas and Pasco counties.

Volunteer tasks may include:

• Writing thank-you notes and cards to donors, supporters, and community partners
• Preparing holiday gift tags, labels, and other materials
• Sorting, organizing, and packing donated gifts and supplies
• Checking incoming gifts and donations for accuracy
• Organizing and restocking our Resource Closet
• Assisting with general office tasks and other holiday preparations as needed

This is a wonderful opportunity for volunteers who enjoy staying organized, working on a variety of projects, and making a meaningful difference behind the scenes.
