Volunteer HR Recruiter - Virtual Opportunity- US Based

Maya's Hope Lotus Ball is our annual gala—a night of celebration, community, and hope. Funds raised during this event support life-saving medical care, essential supplies, and critical programs for children living in extreme poverty.

Role Overview:

Recruiting volunteers might sound simple, but it requires a keen eye for talent and a knack for connecting with people who are truly passionate about our cause. If you love engaging with others and are excited about making an impact, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Understand the specific needs of our volunteer roles and identify the best candidates to fill them.
• Reach out to potential volunteers through various platforms, from social media to community groups.
• Screen and interview applicants to ensure they align with our mission and values.
• Work closely with team leaders to match volunteers with the right roles.
• Keep track of volunteer applications and maintain clear communication with all applicants.
• Manage and organize email communications with volunteers, responding promptly and professionally.
• Assist with onboarding, ensuring new volunteers feel welcome and prepared to contribute.
• Utilize Google Suite for organizing data, scheduling, and communication.
• Manage and track volunteer data accurately to support recruitment efforts.
