Position Summary

The Volunteer Chief Strategy & Operations Officer (CSOO) partners closely with the Founder & CEO to strengthen TSW's organizational infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term strategic growth. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building systems, solving challenges, and helping nonprofits scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Founder & CEO on strategic planning and organizational growth.
• Improve internal systems, workflows, and operational processes.
• Help develop policies, procedures, and organizational infrastructure.
• Collaborate with volunteer leaders to align priorities and initiatives.
• Recommend solutions that improve efficiency, sustainability, and impact.
