    Description

: Global Ambassador & Child Sponsorship Director (100% Remote / Worldwide Philanthropic Role)

    Overview for International Volunteers:

Are you a retired professional, an empty-nester couple, a dedicated grandparent, or an ambitious student leader looking to make a global impact right from your own home?

CHILDHOPE-ZAMBIA invites you to become an international champion for vulnerable and marginalized children. This is a 100% remote, home-based volunteer role that requires absolutely no travel. We are seeking passionate individuals, couples, or families worldwide to act as our global voice, launching child sponsorship networks within their respective home countries and local communities.

Since 1998, we have protected and educated children in rural Zambia. Now, we need your local influence, professional networks, or academic energy to bridge the gap between global donors and our Early Childhood Development and Education (ECDE) centers.

Why This Remote Role is Perfect For You:

    • For Retirees & Older Couples: Leverage your lifetime of professional networks, business acumen, or civic club connections (like Rotary or local churches) in your home country to champion a beautiful cause during retirement.
    • For Families & Grandparents: Run a family philanthropic project from home. Parents, grandparents, and youth can collaborate on digital storytelling or host local neighborhood bake sales and school drives, passing down values of global giving.
    • For International Students: Gain prestigious experience in international fundraising, cross-border donor relations, and remote nonprofit management to elevate your university applications or career resume.

Key Remote Responsibilities (Done in Your Country):

    • Local Network Mobilization: Identify and engage potential child sponsors within your own local community, personal networks, professional circles, or digital platforms.
    • Creative Campaigning & Storytelling: Use our verified field materials, child profiles, and impact statistics to share the story of CHILDHOPE-ZAMBIA with your local schools, faith groups, or social groups.
    • Digital Sponsorship Matching: Help onboard and connect new international sponsors to our existing digital communication channels, ensuring they receive heartwarming updates from the children they fund.
    • Donor Stewardship: Act as the local point of contact for sponsors you recruit, answering their questions and maintaining friendly, ongoing relationships to keep them engaged.
    • Share Your Passion, Your Way: While child sponsorship is our immediate priority for this position, we believe that true transformation happens when people give from the heart. Whether you want to share a unique skill, offer financial support, raise awareness in your neighborhood, or simply donate your passion and time, we warmly welcome your support. There are no rigid boxes here. You can tell us how you would love to help, and we will happily welcome you into the CHILDHOPE-ZAMBIA family.

    Participation & Compliance Requirements:

    • Location: 100% Remote. You can participate from any country in the world.
    • Commitment: Highly flexible. Approximately 5–10 hours per week, easily managed around your retirement, travel, or academic schedule.
    • Assets: A reliable internet connection, basic digital skills, and a warm, communicative personality.
    • Child Safeguarding:Child Safeguarding: To protect our children’s privacy and dignity, all selected global volunteers must review and sign our official CHILDHOPE-ZAMBIA Safeguarding Policy and provide two professional or character references before accessing any child sponsorship profiles.

    How to Express Your Interest:
