Brightside Thrift Shop is run entirely by volunteers, and that's no accident. Because our team donates their time and talents, every dollar we raise goes straight to our mission: supporting the Acara Hospice Foundation as we work to build a community hospice house.
We're always looking for cheerful helpers, and there's a job for everyone! Whether you'd love to sort donations, greet customers at the register, or lend a hand behind the scenes, we'd be thrilled to have you on the team. No experience needed, just a willing heart and a smile.

This is the first step of the process to becoming a volunteer for Acara Hospice Foundation! Our program is committed to supporting the missions of our foundation by providing community outreach and staff support.
We have plenty of opportunities to offer!
- Brightside Thrift store support
- Assist staff in the office
- Help us facilitate events
- Educate the community about hospice
Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older and consent to a background check.
