2026 Walk to End Alzheimer's - Southern Illinois - Event Day Volunteers Needed

EVENT VOLUNTEERS WANTED!

The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s(r) is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Our success starts with our volunteers - people like you who support the fight against the disease and want to become more involved. As a day-of-event volunteer, you can help make Walk to End Alzheimer’s a fun, meaningful community event while getting to know others who share your passion for the cause. You’ll network with fellow volunteers and committee members, have fun bringing the mission of the Alzheimer’s Association to life and feel the satisfaction of creating a successful event. Join us! There are numerous volunteer opportunities (Greeters, set-up & tear-down, walk route support, start and finish line support, booth set-up and support) for individuals and groups, and community service hours are available.

• event set-up, event volunteer, event tear-down: Saturday October 03, 2026 - 06:00 to 12:00 CST
• Event Set-up. Set up tents, tables, chairs. Put together and place signage. Other tasks as needed: Saturday October 03, 2026 - 06:00 to 08:30 CST
• Event Volunteers. Registration/Check-in, Greeters, Thank You Brigade, Booth attendants, event tear-down. other tasks as needed.: Saturday October 06, 2026 - 08:00 to 12:00 CST
