    Description

    The Program Associate will work with WebServes Director to assist in the operation and management of the active programs and projects of the organization.

    Focused primarily on Web and Internet technologies for other non-profits, NGOs and small businesses, the Program Associate will contribute to WS organizational operations and may contribute directly to the execution of its need-based projects.

    Conditions: 10-12 hrs. per week. Min. 9-month commitment.

    Compensation: Unpaid basis for the next 9 months.

    Location: Virtual (New York City area)

    Required Skills:

    • Good verbal communication skills in English
    • Good administrative and time-management skills
    • Must have excellent writing, copyediting skills in English
    • Familiarity with Google Apps suite
    • General Computer knowledge: Intermediate level (pref. Mac & PC)
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of Web technologies and the Internet environment is a plus.
