Be a Phone Companion to an Older Minnesotan!

Be a Phone Companion to an Older Minnesotan!

If you enjoy one‑on‑one conversations and want to build a meaningful, ongoing phone friendship with an older adult, we’d love to match you with a Minnesotan looking for companionship and connection.

A simple phone call can make a meaningful difference. Build friendships, reduce isolation, and help older adults feel connected and supported!

Time commitment: Most phone companions talk weekly for 15-45 minutes.
