HR Coordinator

WSPEC, a global non-profit, is accelerating the realization of a space elevator through targeted STEAM competitions. We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to help build our volunteer operations and support our growing team. You will help organize and execute a talent strategy that attracts top volunteers and ensures a collaborative environment needed to advance our mission.

What You'll Do:

• Establish and manage the recruitment pipeline to find, screen, and interview talent for our global initiatives.
• Work with the WSPEC team to develop and implement a seamless onboarding and retention processes for all new team members.
• Create and manage an internal support plan, providing a reliable point of contact for team feedback and day-to-day personnel needs.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in human resources, recruiting, volunteer management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative global team culture.
• Strong organizational skills to manage and track applicant pipelines effectively.
• A genuine passion for space exploration, technology, and STEAM education.
