Description
The Client Relations Coordinator will be responsible for contacting clients from the spreadsheet and reaching out to them. The Client Relations Coordinator will be responsible for making sure that all the client’s needs have been met and if there are other needs the Coordinator will forward that information to the Vice President. The spreadsheet will be updated weekly and necessary information will be shared at the board meeting. The Client Relations Coordinator reports directly to the Vice President.
