Community, Serve Us is seeking an experienced Strategic Growth, Impact and Insights Manager to help guide the growth of our platform through thoughtful, mission-aligned data analysis.
This role turns data into direction, ensuring our work grows with intention, accountability, and impact. It is best suited for a seasoned professional who enjoys connecting analytics, strategy, and social good. We will also consider recent graduates with strong foundations in strategy, analytics, and nonprofit or mission-driven work, with demonstrated ability to improve user engagement through data-driven approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Define and track meaningful KPIs across user acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention
- Pull and document monthly performance metrics across web and social platforms
- Identify automations that can pull metrics from Google Analytics and native platform (IG, FB, etc) reporting into our monthly metrics tracker
- Build and maintain separate dashboards for technical team, internal business stakeholders and advisors, and external stakeholders
- Analyze trends, funnels, and performance to surface insights and opportunities
- Translate data into clear recommendations that inform product, content, and outreach strategy
- Support impact reporting for partners and funders
- Help foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Qualifications:
- Preferred 7+ years of experience in analytics, growth, impact measurement, or a related field (including volunteer and internship experience)
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable strategy
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, KPIs, and performance reporting
- Experience collaborating across disciplines and functions
- Comfort working in early-stage or evolving environments
