    Description

    Volunteer Fundraiser Fair Start Movement

    Role Overview

As a Volunteer Fundraiser with Fair Start Movement, you help spread the message, invite support, and stand up for children and families. You don’t need to be a professional fundraiser just someone who believes in fairness, justice, and giving every child a fair start in life.

Volunteer fundraisers help connect people to the Movement by sharing stories, encouraging giving, and supporting campaigns that create real change.

    What you’ll help with

      • Sharing Fair Start Movement’s mission with friends, family, and community networks.
      • Encouraging donations and support for campaigns, events, or special appeals.
      • Helping with simple fundraising activities such as online campaigns, community events, or peer-to-peer outreach.
      • Supporting awareness drives, benefit events, or local fundraising efforts.
      • Helping others understand how their support makes a difference for children and families.

You can choose activities that fit your time, skills, and comfort level.

    Who Can Volunteer

You don’t need prior fundraising experience. This role is open to people who:

      • Care about children’s rights, fairness, and justice.
      • Are willing to talk about a cause they believe in.
      • Enjoy connecting with people or sharing messages online.
      • Want to contribute time, ideas, or energy to a meaningful movement.
      • Are open to learning and working as part of a team.

Training, guidance, and support will be provided.

    What We Value

      • Honesty, respect, and ethical fundraising.
      • Teamwork and kindness.
      • Respect for communities, donors, and families.
      • A commitment to Fair Start Movement’s values of equity, dignity, and accountability.

    How This Works

      • Volunteer fundraising can be remote, local, or community-based.
      • Time commitment is flexible and agreed upon together.
      • You’ll receive guidance, materials, and support from the Fair Start Movement team.
      • Volunteers are encouraged to share ideas and help shape campaigns.

    Why You’re Support Matters

As a volunteer fundraiser, you help:

      • Support advocacy for children and families.
      • Strengthen programs that promote fairness and dignity.
      • Build a future where every child has a fair start.

Your voice, time, and care truly matter.
