Description
We are seeking advanced 3D artists to assist with refining FBX files and Blender models to meet specific project parameters.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed, stylized 3D assets using modeling, sculpting, and texturing skills in Blender.
- Translate concept art into efficient, polished 3D models for game and extended reality applications.
- Ensure assets are optimized for mobile game engines, maintaining technical and artistic standards.
- Collaborate with team members to refine animations, models, and artistic direction.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to fostering a creative, supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in UV mapping, sculpting, low-poly modeling, PBR texturing, channel packing, rigging, and animating.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work in character modeling and animation.
- 1+ years of experience with Blender and an understanding of art pipelines for game development.
- Strong communication, teamwork skills, and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
- Access to a capable computer, strong internet connection, and time tracking/reporting tools (e.g., Clockify).
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Unity3D and knowledge of game art and animation pipelines.
- Passion for video games, mobile games, or educational/social impact games.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack and Monday.com.
