    Description

Volunteer Musicians Needed for Hospice Patient Entertainment

We are seeking individuals who play guitar, harp, flute, or other individual instruments or who enjoy singing to volunteer to provide entertainment for our hospice patients. The majority of our patients are seniors who would enjoy being entertained with music from their youth such as big band, instrumental, or 50s and 60s classics. Music is known to provide relief from agitation and depression and can be instrumental in stimulating memories in those with dementia or Alzheimers. Please complete a request to volunteer if you would like to provide this beautiful and meaningful service to our patients. Our service area is throughout the Phoenix Metro Area.
