Bingo Night Volunteer – State 48 Veteran’s Association

Join the State 48 Veteran’s Association team and help make our monthly Bingo fundraising nights a fun, high-energy, and successful community event. We’re looking for dependable, outgoing volunteers who enjoy engaging with people, bringing great energy to the room, and helping create an exciting atmosphere from start to finish.

This opportunity takes place once per month at Chicken N Pickle from 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM.

Volunteer Responsibilities May Include:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Distribute bingo cards and supplies
• Call bingo numbers during game rounds with confidence and enthusiasm
• Award prizes to winners
• Help create a fun, upbeat, and organized event experience
• Welcome guests and keep the energy positive throughout the night
• Represent the organization in a professional and friendly manner
• Share basic information about the organization’s mission with attendees

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+
• Outgoing, positive, and dependable
• Comfortable speaking to and assisting diverse groups of people
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to lift and move event materials as needed (not to exceed 40 lbs)
• Willing to learn about and support the organization’s mission
