    Description

    Brighton Youth Commission Adult Member

The Brighton Youth Commission (BYC) is a body of youth and adults that are appointed by the city council to study and investigate matters impacting youth in the City of Brighton. The BYC plans and implements projects addressing these matters.

The Brighton Youth Commission is a great way for youth and adults to get involved with the municipal government of Brighton. This organization can help youth to develop leadership skills, and also allows individuals to make a difference in their community. Youth are given a voice in local government, allowing them to create projects and work on ideas affecting teens.

Adults work on strengthing youth adult parnerships and are active mentors to youth serving on the commission.
