Description
Sanctuary Hospice is seeking caring and compassionate volunteers to provide companionship and emotional support to our patients throughout the Chicagoland area. Volunteers offer friendly visits, engaging conversation, and opportunities to reminisce, helping bring comfort and connection to patients residing in assisted living and nursing facilities.
No medical experience is required—just a kind heart and a willingness to listen.
Volunteer Requirements:
- Completion of a volunteer application
- Background check, TB test, and drug screening
- Volunteer training
All requirements and training are provided FREE of charge.
