    Description

Do you like to feed people? We need your help to prepare and serve lunch at the Greenwood Senior Center!

Volunteers are needed to help prepare, serve and clean up the delicious and nutritious lunch offerings. You'll get to work with our head cook and a team of other volunteers in a fun and supportive environment - both in the kitchen, and in the dining room. Meals are prepared from scratch daily, with extra emphasis on using local, seasonal ingredients. Check out our monthly menu here: https://www.phinneycenter.org/seniors/gsc/

We are currently in need of help on Wednesday, and as a flexible sub (you get to say which shifts work for you!).

Daily lunch volunteers help from 10 am to 2 pm; lunch is served at noon. Volunteers must pass a background check and have (or be able to get) a valid food handler permit. 6-month commitment preferred.
