Help expand access to justice by growing a nationwide network of crime victim advocacy partners.

WhiteKnight is seeking a mission-driven professional to oversee and improve our AI-powered outreach program to crime victim advocacy organizations across the country.

WhiteKnight is the only nonprofit dedicated to helping small businesses victimized by identity theft, business impersonation, check fraud, banking fraud, and other forms of financial crime. Every client we serve comes through referrals from crime victim advocacy organizations and community partners.

We have already built an AI outreach agent. Now we’re looking for someone to help it succeed.

What You’ll Do

Working closely with WhiteKnight’s leadership and our software developer, you will oversee and improve the AI agent responsible for outreach and partner onboarding.

Responsibilities include:

• Using our AI platform to identify, contact, and follow up with crime victim advocacy organizations.
• Building relationships with victim advocates and nonprofit partners across the country.
• Helping organizations understand WhiteKnight’s services and referral process.
• Guiding new partners through onboarding.
• Reviewing AI-generated outreach to ensure it is accurate, professional, and effective.
• Working with our developer to improve prompts, workflows, and the AI agent’s knowledge.
• Maintaining and “washing” our contact database by verifying organizations, validating email addresses, updating contacts, and minimizing bounced outreach.
• Tracking outreach campaigns, onboarding progress, and referral activity.
• Continuously improving the AI agent based on real-world interactions and feedback.

Who We’re Looking For

You do not need to be a programmer.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, improving systems, and using AI as a practical tool.

Ideal experience includes:

• Nonprofit outreach or partnerships.
• Crime victim advocacy or victim services.
• AI tools and prompt development.
• CRM or database management.
• Community engagement.
• Customer or partner success.
• Operations or project management.
• Marketing or outreach campaigns.

Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are essential.
