    Description

    We honor Vets

    Traditions Health honors our hospice patients who are Veterans. We are building a team who would like to help us recognize each of our veterans.

    Recognition of our veterans can be done with companionship visits where you review their veteran experience. We also recognize each veteran with a pinning ceremony and branch specific certificates and wooden plaques.

    Whether you have served in the military or not, you can make an impact in the end of life journey. For the veterans who are considering this opportunity ,thank you for your service, and please reach out to us.
