    Decorate the Best of Texas themed event. Come dressed for the weather and ready to move around during event set-up. Parking at the Star Hill Ranch is free and clearly labeled. Meet the organizer at the front entrance when you arrive.

    Description

    Best Day Ever April 11th, Star Hill Ranch 15000 Hamilton Pool Road

    Make our annual fundraiser be a big success by helping with the many tasks associated with event set-up. Assist table/chair setup, linens, tabletop decor, signage, setting up games, step & repeat, etc. Help set up the check-in table, raffle table, and silent auction table. Help distribute raffle ticket into envelopes for guest check-in and stuff swag bags for the guests.

    Instructions:

    Come dressed for the weather and ready to move around during event set-up. Most of the event is outdoors, so please wear sunscreen and bring a reusable water bottle. Parking at the Star Hill Ranch is free and clearly labeled. Meet the organizer at the front entrance when you arrive.
