    Red Cross Divisional Volunteer Recruitment Lead

    Department - Volunteer Services

    Virtual – Volunteer From Home

    Divisional role is in:

    1. Alabama & Mississsippi
    2. Georgia
    3. North & Central Florida
    4. South Florida
    5. Puerto Rico
    6. Tennessee

    In this volunteer role you will help lead virtual recruitment efforts to grow and strengthen the Red Cross volunteer community. Partner with leaders across the division to shape effective strategies, use data to improve outreach, and connect passionate volunteers with high‑priority roles.

    As a trusted advisor, you’ll help teams collaborate, learn, and build a more engaged, mission‑driven volunteer network.

    🔑 Key Responsibilities

    • Enhance recruitment strategies to attract volunteers who create meaningful impact.
    • Leverage data and performance metrics to refine outreach, onboarding, and engagement efforts.
    • Collaborate with national and regional teams to fill high‑priority volunteer roles with mission‑driven individuals.
    • Provide expert guidance and practical tools that help teams recruit more effectively.
    • Facilitate regular discussions with regional partners to share insights, identify trends, and strengthen recruitment outcomes.
