Above Barriers is an emerging nonprofit initiative being built to offer career guidance, job readiness, life skills, and so much more to underprivileged youth.

I am currently in the early stages of developing Above Barriers, including the nonprofit formation, program curriculum, community partnerships, digital learning resources, and organizational structure.

And I don't want to build it alone.

I'm looking for passionate, creative, community-minded people who are excited by the idea of helping shape a nonprofit from the ground up.

What I'm Building

Above Barriers is being developed to provide accessible personal development, life-skills, career-readiness, and empowerment programming for people at different stages of life.

Our future programs will combine interactive learning, workshops, mentorship, community resources, and practical tools that help participants develop confidence, identify goals, build skills, overcome barriers, and create pathways toward the lives they want.
