    Help Us Build Smarter Systems

We are seeking a technically skilled volunteer to help design, implement, and maintain sophisticated workflows and automations that support our growing nonprofit organization.

Our organization relies on a variety of digital platforms—including Google Workspace, CRM systems, online forms, databases, email communications, and collaboration tools. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating elegant solutions that reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and help our volunteers focus on our mission.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and implement automated workflows connecting multiple platforms and applications
    • Create and maintain integrations using tools such as Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), Google Apps Script, Airtable, CRM platforms, and other automation technologies
    • Streamline data collection, reporting, member management, communications, and administrative processes
    • Troubleshoot and improve existing automations
    • Document systems and workflows for future volunteers and staff
    • Recommend new automation opportunities to increase organizational efficiency
    • Assist with data organization and workflow architecture as our systems evolve

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience building complex workflows and automations across multiple platforms
    • Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, or similar platforms
    • Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities
    • Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts clearly
    • Basic programming or scripting experience is helpful but not essential

    What You’ll Gain

    • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a mission-driven organization
    • Real-world experience designing systems that support a growing nonprofit community
    • Collaboration with dedicated volunteers and organizational leaders
    • Professional references and recognition for your contributions
    • Flexibility to contribute remotely on your own schedule
    • And…if you’re a woman close to or over 50, you’ll be part of our terrific team of supportive, welcoming, fabulous women making strides in their second act
