    Who We Are

Bedrock Health Group is a 501(c)(3) healthcare organization focused on building stronger administrative, compliance, and operational infrastructure for healthcare providers. Our work is designed to help providers improve readiness, maintain continuity, navigate complex administrative environments, and strengthen long-term sustainability. Bedrock supports provider access, ongoing operations, administrative recovery, and mission-aligned support for organizations serving communities with real healthcare access needs.

    What This Position Is For

Bedrock Health Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator (Volunteer) to support the day-to-day internal operations of the organization. This opportunity is designed for individuals with an interest in operations, administrative coordination, and organizational efficiency who want to contribute to a healthcare-forward mission while gaining hands-on experience in a regulated nonprofit environment.

This is a structured opportunity for individuals who want real-world exposure to operational coordination, process support, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a mission-driven healthcare organization running smoothly.

    Position Summary

The Operations Coordinator will support the daily internal operations of Bedrock Health Group by helping maintain organized workflows, administrative processes, internal documentation, and operational systems. This role is focused on keeping things running efficiently across internal teams, supporting coordination between departments, and helping ensure that day-to-day organizational needs are met in a timely and organized manner.

This role is centered on internal operations and does not involve direct client, patient, or provider-facing responsibilities, nor access to protected or personally identifiable information.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to build experience in operations, administrative coordination, nonprofit management, or healthcare organizational infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support day-to-day internal operations across Bedrock's teams and initiatives
    • Help maintain and organize internal workflows, processes, and administrative systems

    • Support the development and documentation of internal operating procedures and process guides
    • Help coordinate scheduling, internal communications, and team logistics as needed
    • Assist with organizing and maintaining internal files, records, and operational documentation
    • Help identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
    • Support the preparation of operational updates, summaries, and status reports for leadership
    • Contribute to special projects tied to Bedrock's organizational development and long-term strategy

    What You Will Gain

    • Hands-on experience supporting day-to-day operations within a healthcare-focused nonprofit
    • Exposure to operational coordination, process development, and administrative infrastructure in a regulated environment
    • Practical experience maintaining organizational systems and supporting internal efficiency
    • Opportunity to strengthen organizational, communication, and process documentation skills
    • Resume-building experience relevant to operations management, healthcare administration, nonprofit management, business administration, and organizational development
